Current status
Links to government tax sources or benefit programs are informational, not paid endorsements. TaxCalcy does not currently earn a commission when you use the calculator or follow those source links.
What an affiliate link means
An affiliate link is a referral link that may compensate the website linking to a third-party service when someone takes a qualifying action. No such links are active on TaxCalcy in this version.
If partnerships are added later
Disclosure before you act
TaxCalcy may eventually show relevant third-party services. If a link or recommendation is compensated, the relationship should be stated in clear language next to that specific link or recommendation, where you can see it before acting. This page alone would not be enough. The disclosure and Privacy Policy would be updated before any tracking is introduced.
Calculations and recommendations
Compensation must not change the tax calculation, source selection or model-confidence status. Any future recommendation order or ranking would need its own transparent criteria; none exists now. A third-party service would have its own terms and privacy practices.
Your choice
You can use TaxCalcy's planning calculator without buying a product or using any future partner link. An estimate is not personalized investment, tax or financial advice.
